Made to order

All Summered caps are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced individually after you place your order, rather than shipped from pre-made stock, delivery times can vary depending on production demand, the specific product, and your delivery destination.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

International orders, including Brazil

Orders shipped outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient, payable on or before delivery.

For orders shipped to Brazil specifically, Brazilian customs requires every parcel to be linked to the recipient's CPF (individual taxpayer ID) or CNPJ (business taxpayer ID). You'll be asked to provide this at checkout. Orders placed without a valid tax ID may be delayed, held, or returned by customs, and we're not able to take responsibility for delays caused by missing or incorrect customs information.

Customs delays

In addition to import duties and taxes, parcels may occasionally be selected for customs inspection or processing in the destination country. This can add extra time to delivery beyond our standard estimates. These delays are outside of our control and are managed by local customs authorities, not Summered Co. If your order is significantly delayed, please check your tracking information first, as it will often show if a parcel is being held at customs.
